The Börsenverein des Deutschen Buchhandels represents the interests of the German book publishing industry. Facing massive changes within the publishing industry caused by digitalization, new markets and new ways of reading, the Börsenverein started a restructuring process of its organisation in 2015. ZIA consulted on the design of the process and creatively directed the visual communication for the launch of the first milestones to the members of the Börsenverein.
