XING

Project: 

At the request of XING – Germany's major social network for professional life – we conducted a workshop series to facilitate the brand's re-positioning and strategic reorientation.

Objective: 

Confronted with various challenges – strong competitors, technological innovations, and great shifts in work culture  – XING has had to adjust its business and brand strategy to stay on top. ZIA contributed to the strategy process with a workshop series focusing on the product, market environment, and upcoming trends. Special attention was given to insights from social network theory. In a second step, these findings were translated into constructive frameworks, helping the company's management board formulate effective business strategies.

Contribution: 

We were in charge of the conceptual design, preparation of content, moderation, and documentation of the workshops.
